OrderStorm, Inc. operates this RepairStorm AI website. Our purpose is to explain AI-assisted repair workflows and respond to interested businesses. Contact us about privacy at dan@cynch.me.

What you choose to share

Our inquiry form collects your name, business email, optional company name, country, service category, message, and confirmations that you are at least 18 and meet our regional eligibility rules. We store a submission identifier and submission time so we can manage your request. Do not send passwords, payment details, patient information, other sensitive personal data, or confidential service records.

Why we use inquiry information

We use it to evaluate and respond to your request, discuss a demo or relevant services you ask about, prevent abuse, and manage that conversation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. We do not use form submissions to train AI models or send them to an AI provider for analysis through this website.

No advertising or visitor tracking

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising pixels, visitor analytics, session replay, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking on this public site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Cloudflare Web Analytics here. Our public pages do not require browser storage.

Cookies and signed-in users

This public website does not use cookies and currently has no login area. If a signed-in area is added, cookies may be used only when necessary to authenticate users, maintain their login session, and protect account access. They will not be used for advertising or visitor analytics. Separate linked websites, including RepairStorm.com, have their own practices and policies.

Technical data and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and stores form submissions in a private Workers KV namespace. To route requests, apply geographic restrictions, and prevent abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical information such as IP address, inferred country, request time, URL, and browser or connection information. We do not store your IP address in the inquiry record. Rate limiting uses the IP address transiently to control abuse. Technical network processing is not advertising tracking.

Authorized company personnel may access inquiries to respond. Hosting and communication providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, security, or legal rights. Inquiry records may be processed outside your country; Cloudflare operates a global network.

Retention and security

Website inquiry records automatically expire after 90 days. If you choose to continue a business conversation, related correspondence or resulting contractual records may be retained separately as needed for that relationship or legal obligations. Cloudflare controls the retention of its own infrastructure and security records. We limit access to form storage to authorized account access and use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Adults only; no marketing to minors

This site and its form are intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not market to minors or knowingly collect their personal information. The form requires an age confirmation; we do not request a date of birth or identity document. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

Markets we do not serve

We do not market or sell to the European Union and do not accept inquiries from the EU, Eastern Europe and the Balkans, China, or North Korea. Geographic restrictions apply to this website. IP-based location is imperfect and can be affected by VPNs and network routing; a restriction does not eliminate legal rights or obligations that otherwise apply.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without submitting the form. Contact dan@cynch.me to request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary information. We honor applicable privacy rights and will explain any legal reason that prevents a requested action. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. No opt-out is needed for data sales or targeted advertising because we do neither.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change. Material new uses will be disclosed before they begin, with consent where required.
