These terms govern your use of repairstorm.ai, operated by OrderStorm, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions: dan@cynch.me.
Eligibility and permitted markets
You must be at least 18 years old to use the inquiry form. This site is not directed to minors, and we do not market to minors. You must provide accurate information and have authority to contact us for your business. We do not market or sell to the European Union. This site is unavailable in the EU, Eastern Europe and the Balkans, China, and North Korea. Do not circumvent geographic restrictions or submit on behalf of a prohibited location.
Website scope and demo requests
This is an informational website with a business inquiry form. It does not currently provide a logged-in repair system, interactive AI assistant, payment checkout, or remote equipment control. A submission is a request for contact, not a purchase, service commitment, account activation, or subscription. Product features, integrations, availability, pricing, service levels, and any repair services must be confirmed separately. A separate signed agreement governs any paid service; these website terms do not replace it.
AI assistance and repair responsibility
Descriptions and illustrations of AI-assisted workflows are informational. They are not equipment-specific repair instructions, professional advice, warranties of accuracy, or guarantees of a repair outcome. AI can make mistakes and omit important context. Qualified people must verify information against current manufacturer documentation, applicable requirements, and the condition of the equipment. Read our AI & repair safety notice.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content; upload malware; interfere with site operation; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate others; bypass access restrictions; or submit information you are not entitled to share. Do not submit sensitive personal information, patient information, payment credentials, passwords, or confidential repair records through this form.
Your submissions
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow us to use it only as reasonably necessary to receive, review, respond to, and manage your inquiry and protect the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your message or a broad license to commercialize it.
Our content and branding
The RepairStorm name, logo, website design, and content belong to OrderStorm, Inc. or their respective rights holders. You may view and reference this site for legitimate business evaluation. No license to use our trademarks or redistribute protected content is granted except as permitted by law or written permission. Do not imply an affiliation or endorsement without authorization.
Availability and third-party links
We may update, suspend, or discontinue public website content or restrict abusive access. External sites, including RepairStorm.com, have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, this public website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by reliance on website content or inability to access it. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Separate service agreements govern liability for contracted products and services.
Changes and questions
